These terms govern access to Orrery Devnet and related services provided by Orrery Labs AG ("Orrery"). By requesting or using access you agree to them.

Eligibility

Orrery is offered to eligible institutional counterparties only. It is not offered to retail users or to persons in restricted jurisdictions. Devnet assets have no monetary value.

Beta services

Devnet is provided "as is" during private beta, without warranties, and may change or be withdrawn. Do not use devnet for production settlement.

No token / no securities

Orrery has issued no token and makes no offer of securities. Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the service unlawfully.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland; courts of Zug have jurisdiction.
